Cancer Pathways, Northside Hospital, and the GA Department of Public Health has partnered with Girl Scouts to host the Eating for You & Women's Health badge workshops for Middle and High School girls! The 4-hour workshop will cover topics related to living a healthy lifestyle.
Girl Scout Cadettes will:
- Learn about the importance of nutrition and how it plays a role in a healthy lifestyle.
- Have an opportunity to ask questions with a nutritionist and other health professionals.
- Earn the Eating for You badge!
Girl Scout Seniors will:
- Learn all about how to live a healthy lifestyle and feel more confident about reducing your own risk of cancer and supporting those you love.
- Have an opportunity to ask questions with professionals in health-related careers.
- Earn the Senior Women's Health badge!
Cost for the event is $15 and will include the badge and some light snacks for all participants!
