Spend a day discovering a wonderful, magical forest at Camp Meriwether! As you spend time with your daughter, you will connect with her and the magical forest friends. Catch a glimpse of Sparkles, our magical fairy mascot, as you make fairy wands, wings, crowns, and go on a fairy hike. Every girl will also have the chance to visit the barn and ride a pony (a fairy's special friend). Some Activities from this event will count toward the Daisy Level Outdoor Journey. 

Participants will need to bring a sack lunch for Saturday, but dinner Saturday  will be provided in the dining hall. All participants will stay in cabins. Payment is due in full at time of registration. Adult Training required: none.  Because this is a family event, please be aware that not all adults in attendance may be registered Girl Scout volunteers. Each parent/guardian is responsible for supervising her own child at this event.

Cancellation Policy
  • There is a 10% cancellation fee for all registrants who cancel two weeks or more in advance of the event date.
  • A refund is not issued if registrants cancel less than 14 days from the start of the event.
  • If the council cancels an activity or an event for any reason, a full refund (or event credit) is issued.

    Refunds are made as follows:

    • Requests must be in writing/email prior to the registration deadline
    • No refunds are issued for registrants who do not attend the program
    • Girl and adult membership registration is non-refundable
