We want YOU! To join us as an Interviewer for Girl Scouts Gold Award. As the candidates seek approval to put their plan into action, this team will allow for them to pitch their ideas and gain approval to take action to make the world a better place.
Interviewers encourage and make suggestions as needed to help the girls be successful in completing their Gold Award.
This training will provide you with all the tools and information that you need to be successful during this special time for the girls.
By the end of this training, you will be able to:
- Demonstrate your role as an interviewer.
- Demonstrate an understanding of what information to gather for the Interview Agreement Form from the proposal and how to use the rubric.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate an understanding of what takes place before, during, and after the interview
