Camp Timber Ridge

Camp Timber Ridge, established in 1924, is located in Mableton, GA (12 miles west of Metro Atlanta). The property features 220 acres of rolling terrain with both hardwood and pine forests, natural streams, wildflowers and a bamboo forest.
- For traditional troop camping you can see availability and start your reservation, by using the calendar feature on the left
- Choose the category of your stay—Overnight
- All our overnight stays begin on Friday, even if you are arriving on Saturday. Choose Friday to reserve a unit for the weekend.
- All reservations require a 25% deposit. If you are registering less than 30 days prior to the event date you will be charge the full fee.
- All adults camping must be registered Girl Scouts and have successfully completed a background check. You will need to complete the Troop Camping Pre-Approval Form 30 days prior to your arrival.
- To request programs while camping (Horseback Riding, canoe etc.) you need to complete the Troop Camping Activities Request Form and the camp team will be in touch with what you have been approved for and times at least 2 weeks prior to your camping date.
- We reserve the right to cancel any activity due to staffing, minimums not being met or weather.
