Join us at the Beehive Atlanta for a night of bath-and-body fun! You will be able to make all-natural beauty products including your own 2oz handmade scrub and 2 lip balms that you're sure to love. You will start by choosing your favorite fragrance from the wide variety the Beehive has available, and you'll learn how to measure, mix and use your happy bubbling scrub. You will use burners and will mix bases and oils to make lip balms that will keep your lips nice and moisturized during these extra-warm days. By the end of the event, you'll walk away with all-natural, paraben and phthalate free products that you'll be proud to use every day!
Plus, you will enjoy a night out with friends and meet other Girl Scouts! Please bring SWAPS to exchange with other Girl Scouts.
The Beehive is Atlanta's first handmade boutique collective with a focus on the local entrepreneur. They currently sell local and regionally made goods, including bath & body, baby goods, accessories, housewares, apparel, jewelry and you can always find a yummy treat in their hand baked section, featuring artisan foods produced in Atlanta. They work with designers to create a happy space where they can sell locally handmade products, expand market share, and create outreach to their customer base, both in-store and online. In addition, they teach others how to make every category that they sell in the store, using many of the skills they initially learned during their time as Girl Scouts.
