Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta invites you to the Closing Celebration for Camp Misty Mountain.
May 8-10, 2026.
Join us for a weekend celebration as we honor the legacy of Camp Misty Mountain! This event is free and open to the public, and we encourage past campers, counselors, staff, and families to attend.
Check-in starts on Friday evening at 6 PM and ends Sunday at 10 AM.
Spend the weekend connecting through classic camp traditions, including:
- Waterfront activities
- Target sports
- Barn visits
- Low ropes course
- Crafts: screen printing t-shirts and leather tooling
- a Closing Campfire
- and a Fireworks finale!
Plus, each attendee will take home a special camp memento.
Weekend housing options:

Bring your Own Tent: Free
Platform Tent: $10 per person
Screened in Cabin: $20 per person
Family Cabin: $30 per person
What's Included:
Saturday's lunch and dinner will be provided. However, the remaining meals are the responsibility of attendees.

1. Weekend attendees do not need to register for the day-only option. Day-only attendees should register here.
2. This is a family event. Not all adults in attendance are registered Girl Scout volunteers who have undergone background checks. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
