Looking for a camp experience for your Daises or Brownies? This is the event for you! The focus of this day is to let our younger girls experience the magic of the camps our council has available and the great outdoors. Girls will get to spend a full day at camp trying a variety of camp activities from canoeing with a parent, arts & crafts, hiking, to singing songs and playing games. Girls will earn work on badges during the day including Outdoor Art Maker and parts of the Camper.

This event is open to Juliettes, troops or girls and a guardian!

Program Level: Daisies (K-1st)  Brownies (2nd-3rd)

Badge Connection: Outdoor Art Maker and Camping badge that is age appropriate

Girl Fee: $55             Adult Fee: $15             

Fee includes: Activities, lunch on Saturday, all supplies for camp led program, and staffing for activities that equal a 1:15 ratio for program delivery. Badges are not included in this event they can be purchased at the Badge and Sash on Saturday during the event.

Adult Training required: Since this is a family event we don’t require adults to have the Troop Camping Training badge, but they should have completed the basic training for a troop meeting and a field trip if attending as a troop. If just coming with your family, you do not need to take any training.

Not all adults will be register Girl Scouts or background checked at this event due to the fact it is a family focused 1st time experience.

Cancellation Policy
  • There is a 10% cancellation fee for all registrants who cancel two weeks or more in advance of the event date.
  • A refund is not issued if registrants cancel less than 14 days from the start of the event.
  • If the council cancels an activity or an event for any reason, a full refund (or event credit) is issued.

Refunds are made as follows:

  • Requests must be in writing/email prior to the registration deadline
  • No refunds are issued for registrants who do not attend the program
  • Girl and adult membership registration is non-refundable
