Come to Camp Meriwether for a magical day full of fun activities! Girls will learn the importance of respect and the value of being a good friend. They will leave this weekend with new skills learned during activities that will help them see and be their best self! Girls will get to focus on their creative side and even be inspired by Camp Meriwether’s most creative spirit: Sparkles the fairy.

The day may look a little different than a typical weekend here at Camp Meriwether because of Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta’s protocols in result of the current COVID-19 pandemic, but we will still have the best time! We want you to come enjoy camp and love what is special about this place! It is our passion to serve girls, keep them safe, and empower them to become who they truly are! We strive to make this the best experience possible and we’d love for you to be a part of it!

You will be assigned a check in time by Camp Meriwether’s staff prior to arrival. Once you arrive, at check in, all participants will be asked to wear a mask, have their temperature taken, and sign in. Also, every Girl Scout will receive an activity box upon arrival with everything needed, just for them, to complete each activity. This way girls will not be sharing materials and can create based off their individual interests. Each activity will take place in a camp cabin or cabin pavilion. All participants will be asked to bring a sack lunch that they will enjoy in their assigned pavilion along with any snacks they wish to have during the day (all snacks need to be prepackaged). We have strict cleaning procedures in place and will have plenty of hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies available to you. (You can bring more if you wish). Again, it is our goal to provide a place that is comfortable, safe, and prepared just for you! Come along for a great day with your Girl Scout. 

Program Level: Daisies (K-1st) and Brownies (2nd-3rd)

Girl Fee: $40            Adult Fee: $40

Fee includes: Activities (including a time at the barn), all supplies for camp led program activities, and staffing for activities that equal a 1:15 ratio for program delivery. 

Adult Training required: None, this is a mine & me event. (mother, aunt, mentor, guardian, paired with their GS)

Cancellation Policy
  • There is a 10% cancellation fee for all registrants who cancel two weeks or more in advance of the event date.
  • A refund is not issued if registrants cancel less than 14 days from the start of the event.
  • If the council cancels an activity or an event for any reason, a full refund (or event credit) is issued.

    • Refunds are made as follows:

    • Requests must be in writing/email prior to the registration deadline
    • No refunds are issued for registrants who do not attend the program
    • Girl and adult membership registration is non-refundable
