Come to Camp Meriwether for a magical weekend full of camptivities, camp crafts, teambuilding, and family bonding. The girls will learn the importance of respect and the value of being a good friend. They will use the skills they learn in the program activities to provide valuable information on how they can be their best self. This weekend is also focused on creativity while learning about our camp fairy, Sparkles. 

Fee includes: Activities, 3 meals (2 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday morning), all supplies for camp led program, and staffing for activities that equal a 1:15 ratio for program delivery. 

Adult Training required: Since this is a parent/daughter event we don’t require adults to have the Troop Camping Training badge. Not all adults will be register Girl Scouts or background checked at this event due to the fact it is a family focused 1st time experience.

Late fee
After 1/10/2020 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Female Adult Registrants.
After 1/10/2020 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Girl Scout Member Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
  • There is a 10% cancellation fee for all registrants who cancel two weeks or more in advance of the event date.
  • A refund is not issued if registrants cancel less than 14 days from the start of the event.
  • If the council cancels an activity or an event for any reason, a full refund (or event credit) is issued.

    Refunds are made as follows:

    • Requests must be in writing/email prior to the registration deadline
    • No refunds are issued for registrants who do not attend the program
    • Girl and adult membership registration is non-refundable
