Come to Camp Meriwether with your Girl Scout Troop for a magical weekend full of camptivities, camp crafts, teambuilding, outdoor skills, an adult-led pony ride, and Girl Scout bonding. Girl Scouts and their families will learn what Girl Scout camping is all about. Activities are designed to introduce your Daisy or Brownie to the camp experience. This weekend is also focused on thinking creatively while learning about our camp fairy, Sparkles.
Girl Scout Level: Daisies and Brownies (Grades K-3)
Badge Connection: Daisy Eco Learner, Daisy Trail Adventure, Brownie Eco Friend, and Brownie Making Friends
Girl Fee: $120 Adult Fee: $105
Fee Includes: Activities, 3 meals (Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast Sunday), all supplies for camp-led program, and staffing for activities.
Adult training required: Each troop attending must have at least one adult who has completed the Council Sponsored Events Learning Path and First Aid/CPR.
The Council Sponsored Events Learning Path includes the following training in gsLearn:

• Day Trips and Overnights
All adults attending the event (including parents and guardians) must be registered Girl Scouts and have successfully completed a background check.
Safety Activity Checkpoint Ratios: This event is open to troops and Juliettes with a guardian. We may be required to limit the number of adults required according to Volunteer Essentials ratio on page 5 of the Safety Activity Checkpoints to allow maximum Girl Scout participation. Each troop must have two unrelated female adults in attendance at all times. An additional adult may be added for transportation needs.
Payment Schedule: A 25% deposit of event fees is due at the time of registration. Payments must be made in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Late payments risk cancellation. Auto pay option available at checkout.
Financial Assistance: In order to remove financial barriers to participation in Girl Scouts, limited funds are available to cover some expenses. This application covers financial assistance requests for program events.
