Come join us for an evening of mental wellbeing at Atlanta Metropolitan State College on Saturday March 25th!

Girls Night Out is an event dedicated to mental health social and emotional wellness, offering a range of activities that allows participants to learn about different aspects of mental health, how to take care of their own, and how to provide support and communicate with their peers about mental health on a community level. We will feature "Play", high energy and movement based activities, "Focus", a chance for participants to slow down and tap into their thoughts, and "Create", a chance for participants to take charge and develop tools and skills first hand. To wrap up the night, participants will dance the night away at our Silent Disco!
This event will be open to all ages, but will be divided into two time sections. All participants must be accompanied by an adult (parent, guardian or troop leader). Siblings are also welcome to attend.
Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors (K-5) will have access to the event from 5:00-8:00pm, with their silent disco running from 7:00-8:00pm
Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors (6-12) will have access to the event from 7:00-10:00pm, with their silent disco running from 9:00-10:00pm
