Cadettes, Seniors, Ambassadors: join us for an afternoon of fun, friendship, and fall-themed activities at Old Rucker Farm in Alpharetta! Discover programs and workshops for your next Girl Scout year, explore Old Rucker Farm, and make new friends over a cup of hot cider or chocolate. Bring your SWAPS, creativity, and friends as you kick of the 2025-26 Girl Scout year!
This program is for Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts (grades 6-12). All Girl Scouts will receive a fun patch, which will be provided at the event. Siblings and friends within the same age range are welcome to join; please include them in the registration. Each Girl Scout must be accompanied by an adult (parent, guardian, or Troop Leader), within typical safety ratios. This event will be hosted at Old Rucker Farm in Alpharetta.
Please note that this event is outside at a farm- dress appropriately for the weather and wear closed-toed shoes. Girl Scouts should wear their vest/sash or a Girl Scout t-shirt. In the event of inclement weather, this event will be cancelled or rescheduled- you'll hear the Friday before if weather is a concern.
This registration requires a $5.00 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your registration, the $5.00 deposit will not be refunded. You are responsible to pay the final balance by the due date in the registration. You can cancel your registration at any time until the registration closes on 10-13-2025. If you cancel by this date, you will receive a refund for paid costs, minus the $5.00 deposit. If you cancel after this date, you will not receive a refund for the program.
Girl Scouts aims to ensure all our programs are affordable. Use the steps below to apply for Financial Aid or use Cookie Dough to pay for this workshop. Please note that all participants will be charged a non-refundable $5 deposit. After your application is approved, you will have to return to your registration to pay any balance (details will be included in your confirmation email). All registration fees must be paid (either through Financial Aid, Cookie Dough, or individual payments) by NOON on 10-13-2025. Registrations with outstanding fees will be canceled at this time.
