This event is the highlight of Girl Scout Pathways. Girl Scout Pathways is an initiative by Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta (GSGATL) that encourages higher levels of participation and engagement from our 6th–12th grade Girl Scouts. Pathways is an umbrella term for the Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador programming provided by Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, not an individual program. This includes monthly workshops guided by our Girl Scout pillars: STEM, Life Skills, and Entrepreneurship as well as our key annual programming. 

Understanding Pathways by Grade Level

• Pathways: Exploration – for 6th–8th grade Girl Scouts
• Pathways: Pre-Alumna – for 9th–12th grade Girl Scouts
• Say Yes to the Vest – for rising 6th graders preparing to enter the Older Girl experience

NEW THIS YEAR!

• Pathways: Pre-Alumna expands our commitment to leadership development for high school Girl Scouts, ensuring a smooth and inspiring transition from active membership into the Girl Scout alumna experience.
• "Say Yes to the Vest” is an exclusive Junior-focused experience. This opportunity is designed for rising 6th graders to learn more about the Older Girl program and feel excited and empowered to continue their Girl Scout journey. The experience will also include intentional training and empowerment for Older Girl leaders, creating meaningful connections across grade levels, and strengthening the leadership pipeline.

Doors open at 9 AM!
The event runs from 10 AM–4 PM and will feature breakout sessions and workshops aligned with the four Girl Scout Pillars: Entrepreneurship, Outdoors, Life Skills, and STEM.

Girl Scouts will sign up for their workshop on site after check-in, so be early as sessions CAN and WILL fill up!
This year, we are thrilled to announce that we will be featuring an exciting keynote speaker to inspire and energize our Girl Scouts and volunteers! There will also be activity sessions highlighting some of our oldest Girl Scout traditions. ALL are encouraged to try new things, discover unique ways to engage with Girl Scouting, and connect with like-minded Girl Scouts from across our council.

Attention Adults!
We have not forgotten you. This year, The Spring Summit will also feature adult-only experiences to help you create an even more engaging and impactful Older Girl program year. Adults will also register for their sessions on site.

This program is for rising 6th graders, Cadettes (grades 6-8), Seniors (grades 9-10), Ambassadors (grades 11-12), Adult Volunteers. All Girl Scouts will receive a fun patch, which will be provided at the workshop.  Siblings and friends within the same age range are welcome to join; please include them in the registration.  This is a drop-off program, but we'll need some Girl Scout Adults to stay on-site to maintain our safety ratio. Please register if you are able to stay.  This workshop will be hosted at Kennesaw State Community and Professional Education Building in Kennesaw, Georgia.

This registration requires a $5.00 non-refundable deposit.  If you cancel your registration, the $5.00 deposit will not be refunded.  You are responsible to pay the final balance by the due date in the registration. You can cancel your registration at any time until the registration closes on 04-19-2026.  If you cancel by this date, you will receive a refund for paid costs, minus the $5.00 deposit.  If you cancel after this date, you will not receive a refund for the program. 

Girl Scouts aims to ensure all our programs are affordable.  Use the steps below to apply for Financial Aid or use Cookie Dough to pay for this workshop.  Please note that all participants will be charged a non-refundable $5 deposit.  After your application is approved, you will have to return to your registration to pay any balance (details will be included in your confirmation email).  All registration fees must be paid (either through Financial Aid, Cookie Dough, or individual payments) by NOON on 04-19-2026.  Registrations with outstanding fees will be canceled at this time.
