Come join the Misty Mountain herd for a relaxed day! This event is perfect for those who are timid around horses or have minimal horse experience. We will play games around the barn, take plenty of time to love on our horses with grooming, and even go on a short led trail ride.

Girl Scout Level: Daisies, Brownies, Juniors (Grades K-5)

Badge Connection: Daisy Buddy Camper, Brownie Making Friends, Junior Horse Badge

Girl Fee: $75              Adult Fee: $35

Fee includes: Activities, lunch, all supplies for the camp-led program, and staffing for activities that equal a 1:15 ratio for program delivery. 

Adult training required: Each troop must have at least one adult who has completed the Council Sponsored Event Learning Path (Safety First and Day Trips & Overnights in gsLearn) and First Aid/CPR
All adults attending the event (including parents and guardians) must be registered Girl Scouts and have successfully completed a background check.

Safety Activity Checkpoint Ratios: This event is open to troops and Juliettes with a guardian. We may be required to limit the number of adults required according to Volunteer Essentials ratio on page 5 of the Safety Activity Checkpoints to allow maximum Girl Scout participation. Each troop must have two unrelated female adults in attendance at all times. An additional adult may be added for transportation needs.
