New this year: Invention Convention!
Check out the first-ever Girl Scout Invention Convention! First, explore inventors and how they solve problems. Then, harness your own creativity and passion to build your own invention prototype! Before you leave, stop by the Girl Scout Patent Office to learn how to protect your invention with a patent and get your own “Girl Scout Patent certificate” to take home.
Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors will earn their “Create & Innovate” badge (available for purchase at the Badge & Sash pop-up shop on-site), and all Girl Scouts will walk away with a fun patch. Check out the FAQs for more details about this experience.

Before registering, you will need to know what time you plan to arrive at the event. This ensures everyone will have an equally great experience! Entry times are each hour, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. Last entry will be at 2:00 PM.
This is NOT a drop-off event. Due to the nature of this program, adults need to purchase a ticket for themselves and any additional adults or siblings that will be in attendance. Adults will have an opportunity to engage in the program experience alongside their Girl Scouts, helping to reinforce new concepts, learning, exploration, and development. We encourage you to be ENGAGED, let your GIRL SCOUT take the LEAD, and HAVE FUN!
STEM Expo will be hosted at the Cobb County Civic Center in Marietta (548 South Marietta Pkwy SE, Marietta, GA 30060). Ample parking will be available on-site. Concessions (snacks and drinks) will be available for purchase.
Registration is $25 for Girl Scouts, $35 for Non-Member Youth (siblings & friends), and $10 for Adults. Register before 11/25 for half off the Girl Scout registration fee! All registration fees will have a $5 late charge added on 1/6, so be sure to register early!
Juliette Girl Scouts: Juliette program Girl Scouts will receive a Juliette scholarship for this event! Please register every attendee to reserve your spot and fill out our Juliette Scholarship form to claim your Juliette discount for this event. You will receive a $5 refund for each registered Juliette once we receive and process your scholarship request and her ticket will be paid for. If you defer payment for additional attendees, all outstanding fees must be paid by NOON on Monday, January 13th, 2025 or your registration will be canceled. Girl Scouts aims to ensure all our programs are affordable. Use the steps below to apply for Financial Aid or use Cookie Dough to pay for STEM Expo. Please note that all participants will be charged a non-refundable $5 deposit. After your application is approved, you will have to return to your registration to pay any balance (details will be included in your confirmation email). All registration fees must be paid (either through Financial Aid, Cookie Dough, or individual payments) by NOON on Monday, January 13, 2025. Please note that a new Financial Aid form needs to be submitted for each Girl Scout who is registered (except for the $5 deposit). Financial Aid will cover admission for the named Girl Scout and 1 adult (on the same registration).
