Are you one that like to take care of others and not be in the spotlight? Or do you like taking care of yourself so you can give your best self to those around you? Come join us for 4 sessions full of self-care! We want to concentrate on what it’s like to set achievable goals, give and receive encouragement, how to manage stress and anxiety, and finally making smart decisions that not only allow you to grow, but be a great leader! We want you to concentrate on YOU during these sessions and relax while doing it. These sessions will consist of fun, engaging, and self-reflection activities to guide you to take care of yourself, set goals, and have fun! Will you join us?

Fee includes: most of the supplies needed, families will be asked to supply minimal items, the mailing of the kit for the session, and staff to deliver and plan the session.
