DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n During this class, new Girl Scout troop leaders will learn the fundamentals needed to kick off this exciting volunteer journey with success!   We’ll cover many topics that will help you prepare for your role as a troop leader, including the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, our program and events, troop basics and meeting planning, the importance of a girl-led program, the Volunteer Toolkit and much, much more!   Completing this fun and interactive session with fellow New Leaders will help prepare you to lead and enjoy your first troop year with confidence!   And, you’ll walk away with some tips and tools to use along the way, too! \n  \n  \n Please bring a device such as a laptop or tablet (if you have one), any snacks/food that you might like to enjoy during class and your positive Girl Scout energy! \n  \n  \n This class is an adult learning opportunity for approved Girl Scout of Greater Atlanta volunteers only.  Children should not attend.  \n
