DESCRIPTION:Come to Camp Meriwether with your closest female role model for a magical weekend full of camptivities, camp crafts, teambuilding, outdoor skills, an adult-led pony ride, and Girl Scout bonding.  Girl Scouts and their adults will learn what Girl Scout camping is all about.  Activities are designed to introduce your Daisy or Brownie to the camp experience.  This weekend is also focused on thinking creatively while learning about our camp fairy, Sparkles.  This event is open to Girl Scouts and Juliettes with a guardian (guardians must register as an adult).  If your troop wants to attend as a troop unit you will need to register for the event on 1/31-2/1.  \n  \n  \n Girl Scout Level: Daisies and Brownies (Grades K-3) \n  \n  \n  \n Badge Connection:  Daisy Eco Learner, Daisy Trail Adventure, Brownie Eco Friend, and Brownie Making Friends \n  \n  \n Girl Fee: $120     Adult Fee: $105 \n  \n  \n  \n Fee Includes: Activities, 3 meals (Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast Sunday), all supplies for camp-led program, and staffing for activities. \n  \n  \n  \n Adult training required: This is a parent/Girl Scout event. We do not require background checks on all adults attending. Parents/Guardians are responsible for the supervision and care of their Girl Scout. Please plan to supervise your child as you would in any other public situation (such as at an amusement park or public campground). \n  \n  \n Payment Schedule: A 25% deposit of event fees is due at the time of registration. Payments must be made in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Late payments risk cancellation. Auto pay option available at checkout. \n  \n   \n  \n Financial Assistance: In order to remove financial barriers to participation in Girl Scouts, limited funds are available to cover some expenses.
