DESCRIPTION:Bring your troop along for a whimsical weekend of woodland wonder! Dive into magical “camptivities,” creative camp crafts, playful team-building games, hands-on outdoor skills, and an adult-assisted horse ride. This enchanting getaway is designed for Daisies and Brownies who are just beginning their camping journey. Together, you’ll discover what Girl Scout camp is all about,  from trying new adventures to making new friends under the trees. This weekend, Girl Scouts will stretch their imaginations as they learn about our camp fairy, Sparkles. Her spirit of creativity and curiosity adds an extra sprinkle of magic to everything we do. Pack your sense of wonder and get ready for a weekend filled with laughter, discovery, Girl Scout memories, and a little fairy dust!  \n  \n  \n Girl Scout Level: Daisies and Brownies (Grades K-3) \n  \n  \n  \n Badge Connection:  Daisy Eco Learner, Daisy Trail Adventure, Brownie Eco Friend, and Brownie Making Friends \n  \n  \n Girl Fee: $110     Adult Fee: $80 \n  \n  \n  \n Fee Includes: Activities, 3 meals (Lunch and Dinner on Saturday and Breakfast Sunday), all supplies for camp-led program, and staffing for activities. \n  \n  \n  \n Adult training required: Each troop attending must have at least one adult who has completed the Council Sponsored Events Learning Path and First Aid/CPR. \n  \n  \n The Council Sponsored Events Learning Path includes the following training in gsLearn: \n  \n • Safety First \n  \n • Day Trips and Overnights \n  \n All adults attending the event (including parents and guardians) must be registered Girl Scouts and have successfully completed a background check. \n  \n   \n  \n Safety Activity Checkpoint Ratios: This event is open to troops or Girl Scouts and Juliettes with a guardian. We may be required to limit the number of adults required according to Volunteer Essentials ratio on page 5 of the Safety Activity Checkpoints to allow maximum Girl Scout participation. Each troop must have two unrelated female adults in attendance at all times. An additional adult may be added for transportation needs. \n  \n   \n  \n Payment Schedule: A 25% deposit of event fees is due at the time of registration. Payments must be made in full no later than 30 days prior to the event date. Late payments risk cancellation. Auto pay option available at checkout. \n  \n   \n  \n Financial Assistance: In order to remove financial barriers to participation in Girl Scouts, limited funds are available to cover some expenses.
